The Great Estate Agency Coffee Morning Week
20th - 26th May 2013

Come together and join the estate agency industry by holding a coffee morning in your office and help to eliminate the causes of homelessness. It’s a great way of networking with your customers as well as raising your profile in the community.

If you would like to hold a coffee morning in your office it couldn't be simpler. You can organise your coffee morning by simply completing the form below.

The next EAF Coffee Morning will be held on 20th - 26th May 2013.

One way to increase your fundraising significantly is to get staff from your local Santander or Barclays involved. They both have fund matching schemes and will match funds up to around £700 per staff member*. All you have to do is to encourage them to participate – maybe they could make a cake or make the coffee? Why don’t you pop in to your local branch and get them involved. If you would like more information, email us at info@eafcharity.org. *subject to some conditions 2012 winners were Andrews & Partners, Eastbourne Branch, who raised over £2,500. This year, the highest fundraiser will be invited to donate the money they have raised to a homeless charity of their choice. The EAF will match this amount up to £1,000. It’s so easy:

• Pick a day during the coffee week to host your coffee morning
• EAF provide you with the materials to promote the event, templates for posters, invitations, window cards and a box advert - see below to download
• You invite your clients, previous, existing and potential to join in to raise money for this great cause
• You ask your guests for donations of 50p or £1 for each cup of coffee you supply
• You get to network with customers, past, present and future
• Raise your profile in your local community
• Send a cheque made payable to the Estate Agency Foundation for the funds raised
• Remember to put up your posters so everyone knows it's all for a great cause
• Have fun, it doesn't matter whether you raise £10 or £1,000, all funds will go towards helping eliminate the causes of homelessness

There are lots of ways to raise additional money at your event from raffles to selling homemade cakes, biscuits and snacks.

Most of all show the industry and the public that you are committed to help combat the causes of homelessness in the UK and help the thousands of people at risk of losing their homes through poverty, mental illness, abuse, dependency issues and many other contributing factors. All funds go directly to help the good causes of the EAF nominated charities - your support can make a real difference.
