How to become an EAF Ambassador

• Annual fee of just £100
• In the hope that your office would raise just £250 in a year
• Fill out the registration form below and send back to the EAF team by email or post with your payment by cheque or card
• You will receive a certificate and window sticker which can be displayed in your office
• You get to carry the EAF logo on all your literature, advertising and promotions
• Participate in any or all of the EAF events from coffee mornings, football events, golf days and many more
• Or you can hold your own events
